Anika Bhupati
Anika Bhupati is the Founder of Dominating Voices, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and helping the community build confidence in their voices. She offers support in communication, public speaking, social media management, and email. Anika is also a prominent podcast speaker for "Speak Now," interviewing various professionals. Provides guidance in everything that "Dominating Voices" produces such as the website, designing, social media, workshops & much more! Apart from her work with Dominating Voices, Anika enjoys playing tennis, cello, listening to music, dancing, and more!
Elwenn Poitelon
Elwenn Poitelon helps in the design and maintenance of posts, events and in addition to overseeing and maintaining the website for Dominating Voices. Furthermore, Elwenn also plays a role in the recruitment of new members. In her personal time, Elwenn enjoys various forms of arts, sci-fi and fantasy media, as well as cooking and baking.​
Emily Zhan
Emily Zhan primarily helps with preparing/planning projects. She is a leading podcast speaker for “Speak Now” a podcast to help people find their voices; She believes that with help, every quiet person will be able to stand up for themselves. Emily makes sure everything is put in order and focuses her efforts on new ideas and literature! In her free time, she likes to read books, bake cookies, dance, and play the violin and piano. Additionally, she is a competitive swimmer for the Delmar Dolfins. Go Dolfins!
Emma Shao
Emma Shao’s primary role in Dominating Voices is outreach through social media. She creates much of the content, including visuals and captions, helping amplify the voices of others. Emma believes everyone deserves the opportunity to speak up and feel confident in who they are. Outside of her advocacy work, she’s passionate about competitive swimming, plays lacrosse, enjoys reading, and plays the cello.
Kaitlyn Patneaude
Kaitlyn "Kait" Patneaude's primary role in Dominating Voices is to design and maintain the website, as well as promoting the content. Kait joined to make sure that the youth learned to use their voice for the better. Outside of her advocacy work, she’s passionate about playing the alto saxophone, pickleball, reading, and hanging out with friends!
Darshana Saravanakumar
Darshana Saravanakumar provides for the club by using design, communication and creation to help the club reach those who are in need for a boost of confidence in their own voice. Some of her jobs include designing the banners and posts that our community members see online. Some of Darshana’s hobbies outside of Dominating Voices are running, martial arts, dance, and food!
